Ivory Bridal Shoes That Match The Wedding Cake

I still remember my ivory bridal shoes which I had the crazy idea to match with my wedding cake. It wasn’t easy, but I managed to find some top wedding cakes that were absolutely great, made by a guy who was more than willing to help me create this effect to amaze my guests. In the beginning, I wanted to buy the bridal shoes, so I started looking in the shops for designer shoes suitable for my idea. Vera Wang and Stuart Weitzman had some shoe models that I liked, but after discussing with my wedding planner, we decided to ask a local shoe designer to make a pair of custom ivory bridal shoes just for me. So did he, then we talked with the wedding cakes decorator company and they made the cake in the shape of a huge replica of my left bridal shoe. They even managed to obtain ivory chocolate for the cake topper. That was quite a delicious piece of confectionery I’ll remember for all my life. You can imagine it wasn’t possible to keep the wedding cake as a memory, but I kept the ivory bridal shoes instead.
