I don’t know how many of you have heard of Tony Lama, the shoes and boots designer who started his enterprise in 1911, in El Paso, Texas. In the first year of his business, Tony Lama and his apprentice manufactured a total of 20 pairs of boots. Since then, the shoe making business evolved to the impressive figure of 750 pairs of boots per day, which they started to produce in 1961, after expanding their operation which several new operation sites and bigger headquarters.
